A Typical Day at ACES
3:15 - 3:40 - Check-In
Kids gather in the school near the counselor's offices for free play on the playground before walking over to ACES.
3:40 - 4:15 - Meal Service
We provide a healthy meal, followed by educational downtime. During this time, students can focus on homework, engage in STEM activities, read, work on math, or explore other academic areas that support their learning.
4:15 - 5:00 - Organized Activity
Each day, children participate in activities focused on art, community service, education (STEM), and sports (outdoor recreation). On Fridays, the activities are chosen by the staff.
5:00 - 5:30 - Free Play/Cleanup/Waiting for Pick-Up
Children enjoy free playtime, help with cleanup, and wait for their pick-up.
