ACES provides a wide range of high-quality activities designed to support and enhance the school experience. Our programs focus on youth development, art, music, recreation, technology, and character education—each of which helps improve school attendance, boost academic performance, and reduce disciplinary issues.
As part of our dedication to delivering top-tier after-school programming, we offer a diverse selection of enrichment activities under the A.C.E.S. acronym.

Art

At Bigfork ACES, we're always finding new ways to spark your child's creativity. Art activities may include crafting and pressing their own paper, foraging outdoors to create nature-inspired art, and exploring color combinations while developing fine motor skills through finger painting.

Community service

At ACES, we believe it truly takes a village to raise a child, and we're passionate about giving back to that village. We think it's essential for our students to learn about the people, careers, and roles that make our community thrive—and to actively contribute to it. Whether it’s picking up litter around town, learning about our local firefighters, or creating thank-you cards for veterans, your child will have opportunities to engage in meaningful community service and learning experiences.

Education

At ACES, we believe learning should be fun, and we strive to make it just that. We’re currently partnering with Rocket Math and Reading Rockets to enhance our students' learning experiences.
Rocket Math is a supplemental program that helps students master essential math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.
Reading Rockets is a national literacy initiative that provides valuable resources and insights on how young children learn to read, why some may struggle, and how caring adults can support them along the way.

Sports

At ACES, we understand the importance of keeping kids active, promoting teamwork, and teaching good sportsmanship. Our building is conveniently located across from the Bigfork Elementary playground, which we have access to year-round. This year, our students' favorite activity is the new gaga ball pit! Thanks to the support of our parents and donors, we also now have a fenced yard, providing even more opportunities for outdoor fun and exercise.
